Devilson offers free shipping on all orders worldwide — no minimum order value required. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all products available at our online store. To ensure efficient delivery, we utilize trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Skynet.
Order Information Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details entered during checkout are complete and accurate. Use correct abbreviations, street numbers, apartment and building numbers to avoid delays or failed deliveries. Devilson cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Production & Processing Time
All orders are subject to a production and processing period before dispatch. Standard domestic and international orders typically require 5–7 business days for manufacturing, quality inspection, and order preparation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once production is complete and your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, delivery typically takes 7–8 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local carrier operations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress until delivery.
Estimated Total Time
Production (5–7 business days) + Shipping (7–8 business days) = approximately 12–15 business days from order confirmation to delivery.
Customs & Import Duties
Devilson ships worldwide. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Delivery Claims
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@devilson.com within 30 days of the reported delivery date. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to investigate and resolve the matter. Please note that claims investigations may take up to 30 days depending on the carrier involved.
Devilson cannot accept responsibility for items that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier at the address provided.
Out of Stock Items
On rare occasions, an item may become unavailable after your order is placed. If your order contains multiple items and one or more is out of stock, we will dispatch the available items and contact you promptly to arrange fulfilment or a refund for the unavailable item.
Our Rights Regarding Orders & Shipping
Devilson reserves the right to cancel, limit, or refuse orders in the following circumstances:
- Suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
- Unusual or excessive return history inconsistent with normal purchasing behaviour
- Returns involving used, washed, altered, or damaged items not due to our error
We also reserve the right to require customers to verify their shipping and billing address if we are unable to confirm the delivery details provided.
