The cowhide shell is pre-softened before cutting, which reduces break-in time without compromising grain density. Lambskin stretch inserts are sewn in with flatlock stitching to eliminate ridge pressure at flex points — this matters on long rides more than it does standing still.

Internal lining is full polyester, cut separately and hand-sewn to the shell. Seams at the shoulder, hip, and knee are double-stitched with bonded nylon thread. D-ring attachment points are reinforced with bartack stitching on both sides.

Care:

Wipe down after every track session with a damp cloth. Condition the outer shell with leather balm before storage. Hang on a wide-shoulder hanger — never fold a suit along the knee panels.
