Riding Boots Built from Genuine Leather, Seamed for the Long Haul
Footwear takes more sustained stress than any other part of your riding kit — heat from the engine, flex at the ankle, contact at the toe box on every motogp leather boots change. At Devilson, we build each boot from full-grain cowhide, lasting it over a structured insole and closing every seam with bonded thread before the sole goes on.
We use cowhide for the outer upper — dense grain, 1.2–1.4mm thick, that holds its shape through heat and repeated flex. YKK zippers run the inner ankle closure on every style. We reinforce the toe cap and heel counter with a second cowhide layer, stitched and lasted separately before assembly.

Construction, Fit, and Boot Care
The cowhide upper resists scuffing at the toe and ankle where contact with the footpeg and gear lever happens most. We skive the edges before stitching so the seam line sits flat against the foot — no ridge pressure over long rides. The inner lining runs full polyester, which manages moisture better than bare leather against the foot.
We stitch the sole with a welt construction on race styles, which allows resoling and extends the usable life well past what a glued sole allows.

Sizing notes:
- Race-fit styles run true to EU size with a narrow-to-standard last — wide-foot riders should size up

Care:
Wipe road grime off after each ride with a damp cloth before it works into the grain. Apply leather conditioner to the upper every few months — pay attention to the flex zone at the ankle. Store upright with a boot tree inside to hold the shaft shape.
