Riding Gloves Cut from Genuine Leather, Built Finger by Finger
Gloves are the one piece of kit your hands depend on every time you grip the bar — the construction has to hold at the finger seams, not just look right in a photo. At Devilson, we cut every motogp leather gloves panel individually from genuine hide and sew them with pre-waxed thread on a single-needle machine for a tight, flat seam line across every join.
We use nappa lambskin for the palm and finger panels — it’s thin enough to give real bar feel without losing abrasion resistance at the heel of the hand. The back-hand panels run top-grain cowhide for structure. We close the wrist with a YKK zip and a snap-button strap, and we bartack every knuckle reinforcement point before the glove leaves the bench.
We stock motogp leather gloves in sizes XS through 5XL — custom hand measurements accepted if standard sizing doesn’t fit your palm width or finger length.
How We Build the Gloves and How to Size Them
The lambskin palm panel runs 0.6–0.8mm — thin enough that you feel the throttle, dense enough that the grain holds through repeated grip-and-release. We pre-curve the finger panels during cutting so the glove sits naturally closed at rest, which reduces hand fatigue on longer rides.
We sew the lining — full polyester mesh — to the shell at the wrist only, so it moves with the hand rather than pulling against it at the knuckles.
What you'll find in this category:
- Short-cuff race gloves with knuckle protection inserts and pre-curved finger construction
- Gauntlet-style gloves with extended wrist coverage and vented cowhide panels
- Perforated summer styles with lambskin palm and open-weave back panels
- Team colorway options and two-tone designs across all fits
Sizing notes:
- Measure around the widest part of your palm, excluding the thumb
- Race-fit styles run close across the knuckles — wide-hand riders should size up one
- Gauntlet styles fit true with extra room at the wrist for liner layering
- Full size charts with palm circumference and finger length sit on each product page
Care:
Wipe the palm clean after every ride — sweat and grip residue break down the grain faster than road exposure. Condition the lambskin panels with a light leather balm monthly. Let them dry naturally away from heat before storing flat.
