Varsity Leather Jackets — Made to Wear, Not to Display
Varsity leather jackets done right use two different leathers for a reason — the body needs structure, the sleeves need movement. That split is built into every jacket in this range.
Devilson cuts and constructs each piece in-house. Body panels in top-grain cowhide give the jacket its form and long-term durability. Lambskin sleeves carry a nappa finish — tight-grained, close-fitting, and soft at the shoulder without restricting the arm. YKK hardware runs throughout: snap collars, front zippers, and pocket closures.
Sizes run XS to 5XL across the full range. Custom sizing is available on all styles — contact us before ordering if standard measurements don’t work for you.
Construction, Fit & Care
The cowhide on body panels is top-grain — dense enough to hold its shape at stress points and clean at the rib-knit hem without bunching over time. Lambskin sleeves are nappa-finished, meaning a uniform grain that stays pliable without heavy maintenance.
Interior lining is satin or viscose depending on the style — fully stitched, not bonded to the outer shell. Pocket bags are sewn as separate panels so the lining doesn't distort with use.

Fit & Sizing
The cut is structured through the chest with a slightly tapered waist — true to size on most builds. If you plan to layer underneath, go up one size. Full measurements are listed on each product page. Custom orders take non-standard proportions at no minimum quantity.
Care
Wipe surface dirt with a damp cloth and let the jacket air dry away from direct heat. Condition once a year using a cowhide-compatible product — avoid wax-based formulas on nappa sleeves, which absorb differently. Store hanging, not folded.
