Trucker Leather Jackets — Built From the Hide Up

Every trucker leather jackets here is cut and constructed at our facility — not sourced from a warehouse and relabeled. We work with cowhide and lambskin hides, selected for grain consistency and weight suited to the trucker silhouette. Seams are double-stitched at stress points, and all closures run YKK hardware — no substitutions.

This category covers button-front truckers, panel-stitched western cuts, and moto-trucker crossovers. All styles use genuine leather with a viscose or polyester lining, depending on hide weight.

Sizes run XS through 5XL. Custom sizing is available — contact us before ordering if you need adjustments.

How These Jackets Are Made and How to Wear Them

Construction

The cowhide we use for trucker-style cuts sits at 1.0–1.2mm — thick enough to hold structure at the yoke and chest pockets, but not so stiff it restricts movement. Lambskin variations are softer out of the box and suit buyers who want drape over rigidity. Interior lining is viscose on lighter builds, polyester on heavier cowhide versions — both sewn flat to prevent bunching.

Snap buttons and chest hardware are YKK or equivalent rated spec. Contrast stitching is waxed thread — it doesn't fray or fade with regular wear.

Fit & Sizing

Our trucker cut is true to size with a slightly tapered waist — not slim fit, not boxy. If you're between sizes or carry width in the shoulders, size up and note it in your order comments. Each product page links to a measurement guide; use chest and shoulder width, not just chest alone.

Custom sizing — extended sleeves, wider backs, adjusted hem length — is handled on request at no added timeline cost for most modifications.

Care

Wipe surface dirt with a damp cloth; avoid soaking. Apply a leather conditioner two to three times a year to keep the hide from drying out — cowhide especially will crack at the fold lines if left untreated. Store hanging, not folded.
