At Devilson, we apply sublimation directly onto genuine lambskin and cowhide before cutting and construction begins. That sequence matters — it keeps the leather’s natural grain intact and prevents edge bleed on seams. YKK zippers run every closure, and stitching is double-passed at stress points.
Sizes run XS through 5XL — if your measurements fall outside standard, custom sizing is available on request.
How These Sublimated Jackets Are Built
The sublimation process we use is heat-transfer onto pre-tanned hides, not printed fabric sewn over leather. Lambskin is chosen for fashion-forward cuts — it drapes close to the body and the surface takes detail well. Cowhide versions are structured for riders and outerwear use, where durability matters more than drape.
Hardware is YKK throughout — zippers, snaps, and D-rings where applicable. Interior lining is viscose on slim-cut styles and polyester satin on structured silhouettes for ease of layering.

Fit & Sizing
Our jackets run true to size for most builds. Slim-cut lambskin styles fit close at the chest and taper slightly at the waist — if you're between sizes, size up. Cowhide styles have more room through the shoulders by design.
Measure chest, waist, and sleeve length before ordering. Size charts are on each product page. For non-standard measurements, reach out before placing the order — we build customs to spec.
Care
Wipe surface with a dry cloth after wear. Condition the leather every three to four months with a product made for finished hides — this keeps the sublimated surface from cracking at flex points. Store hanging, not folded.
