Gear Built for the Track, Worn on the Street
Riders who follow MotoGP know what real racing gear looks like — tight seams, reinforced panels, hardware that doesn’t give. At Devilson, we cut and stitch every motogp clothing in-house, which means the construction decisions are ours, not a factory’s default.
Each motogp clothing in this lineup is built from either full-grain cowhide or soft lambskin, depending on the silhouette. Cowhide handles abrasion. Lambskin moves with you. Both are hand-inspected before cutting. YKK zippers run every closure — main zip, cuffs, vents, pockets. Nothing here uses generic pull hardware.
Sizes run XS through 5XL, and custom sizing is available — reach out before ordering if you’re between fits.
How These Pieces Are Constructed
The cowhide used in our racing styles is 1.0–1.2mm thick — enough to hold structure through repeated wear without weighing the jacket down. Lambskin versions are used where closer fit matters, particularly in shoulder-to-cuff length and torso shaping.
Internal stitching is double-stitched at stress points: shoulder seams, underarm gussets, and back panel joins. Lining is full polyester twill — it slides cleanly over base layers, which matters when you're suiting up quickly.
What you'll find in this category:
- Replica-style racing jackets with CE-rated padding placement zones
- Street-adapted riding jackets with perforated panels for airflow
- Fitted two-piece suit styles modeled after MotoGP paddock wear
- Colorway options drawing from current and iconic race liveries
Fit notes:
- Racing-style cuts run slim through the chest and shoulder — size up if you wear under-layers
- Street-fit styles are true to size with slightly more room in the back panel
- Check the size chart on each product page — measurements are in both cm and inches
- Custom length, sleeve, or chest adjustments available on request
Care:
Hang dry after wet rides. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and condition with leather balm twice a year. Avoid heat sources — they'll dry out the grain faster than use ever would.
