Every Devilson jacket begins with full-grain cowhide and lambskin leather — the highest grade available, sourced from tanneries that follow vegetable-tanning and chrome-tanning processes. We select hides with natural grain texture intact, because untouched leather doesn't just look premium — it ages better, lasts longer, and tells your story over time.
Each jacket passes through skilled hands — cut using pattern-graded templates, stitched with double-needle lock-stitch technique, and finished with YKK zippers and solid brass hardware. Our craftsmen hand-buff every edge and apply burnishing wax to seal the lining seams, ensuring a jacket that holds its shape and structure wear after wear.
Full-grain leather jackets from retail chains carry 3–4x markup by the time they reach you.
